Quick Hitches Broken Shaft

I have a front loader quick hitch on my JD series 3 that has now broken the shaft/ rod for the second time that links both rams together. Both times it has sheared off at the hole where the pin goes through. $380 for replacement again. Not sure why this is happening but it's soon after l change the loader bucket to the forklift attachment. Anyone else experienced this problem

Check all mounting bolts and also the adjustment screws in this video. Maybe the loader is twisting on you???
