If it was me, I'd be making a new one myself. Depends upon what tools/skills you have available. If you've got an angle grinder and welder, sketch up the dimensions of the shank and get a piece of steel and make sparks. The replaceable tip should be (easily?) found commercially, but the shank (part that's not supposed to wear or come off LOL) will probably be pricey as it's not a "wear" item. If you can't do it yourself, see what a fab shop would charge to make one and weld it back on. Probably less than you'd think. I'm currently making new scarifier shanks for a box blade.

Would love to be able to do this myself. One of my Bucket wishes is to learn to cut & weld. Just don't see that happening soon enough to be able to fill this Cavity!
Cutting and welding is an art form I admire a lot. Even to stick 2 pieces together takes a good bit of skill. I'm good with solder, and know the principle, but this task, like so many others, so far, has wisely been left to the professionals.
Does old age just make you smarter, or is it, that by then, you have already done all the stupid things? :laughing:

Heck if I can do it... I wanted to learn how to do weld for a long time. I finally bought a welder off Craig's list ($125) and practiced with it. Shoot if you were a bit closer, I'd weld it for you just so I can practice. :shocked:I shorten the tooth bar that I bought off of Craig's list ($100). If you really want to weld / build... this would be a good time to start. I find it rewarding.
