If it was me, I'd be making a new one myself. Depends upon what tools/skills you have available. If you've got an angle grinder and welder, sketch up the dimensions of the shank and get a piece of steel and make sparks. The replaceable tip should be (easily?) found commercially, but the shank (part that's not supposed to wear or come off LOL) will probably be pricey as it's not a "wear" item. If you can't do it yourself, see what a fab shop would charge to make one and weld it back on. Probably less than you'd think. I'm currently making new scarifier shanks for a box blade.
