Bridge crane accessory.

I have a 10 1/2-feet long flat bed. With tools boxes behind the cab, makes it hard to carry longer items. So I took a couple of under bed tool boxes I had, and mounted them on the bed. Bought a 5-feet wide gang box to set right between the under bed tool boxes, and up against the cab. Problem is, the under bed tool boxes are just tall enough I cant rig to the handles to remove the gang box.
Well I've been meaning to build a set of forks for years, but never got around to it.
So guess what I built this morning?

Oh I can't take the credit for the idea. We used them quite often on the job site.

How are the "forks" welded to the frame? Do I see something going underneath? (I ask because I need to make/get some 3 point forks in the not too distant future).

Whenever I get my bridge crane done, I plan on building a set of those as well.

Only time I have seen them is the amish guy who I bought my polebarn metal off of. They have a bridge crane for handleing the steel coils. But also have a set of forks for unloading pallets and loading up finished metal on peoples trailers, since they arent allowed to use a forklift.
