Hi guys, Just joined the site. I bought a 3520r this year. Found repair manuals for newer bransons.

The UK 25 series is the same as the US 20 series and the F series is our 15 series.

Seems to be a problem with the website? Page doesn't finish loading before kicking off to a "no connection" error page.

Hmmm, same as before. The index pops up for a split second, and then the error page pops up. I wonder if they force you to let them set a cookie to use the site. I have my cookies disabled by default, and only "allow" certain sites I want to log into (like tbn). Nope, allowing cookies didn't fix for me. Weird.

I'm not sure what to tell you. I'm not a computer guy. I have windows 10 and using Microsoft edge for a browser . I clicked on the link above, wed site loaded, clicked service manuals, Google Drive opens in a new window with the different service manuals for the different series tractors. I hope this helps Slowpoke.

I would send it to you but the 20 series manual is 365MB. To much to send in a email.

Lol, that's ok. Thanks for the feedback. I'm not much of a computer guy either. Have no trouble with any other website I visit. I'm using Firefox, and I am running ABP, which is an adblocker on Windows 7.

USUALLY with problems like this you can edit the link to go farther "up" in the hierarchy tree, e.g. go to their home page and then work your way down.
I tried that and the farthest I could get was user manuals, e.g. this is the steering wheel, this is the clutch pedal, etc.

Since it is to a .php page it is quite possible that access is allowed only from UK based IP addresses.

Just guessing here but Branson probably doesn't make them available for a download possibly because they (the manual) cost is around 300 bucks to buy. At least I saw one for sale "somewhere" at a price point like that.

As I recall I got mine simply by telling them that I NEEDED it due to the scarcity of authorized service/repair places in my area.
At the time I think the list price was $60 or so, I didn't pay anything.

In any case it would be nice to have a soft copy, even if it is only a .pdf of the paper.

I checked too.
Since I only have Windoze 7 on any HARDWARE computers and STILL don't trust Windoze 10 (on actual hardware) I tried that site on a Virtual machine running Windoze 10 - - same error.

Odd, very ODD.
The version of Win10 is VERY out of date since I almost never use it, but it connects to the web and does reach the site. I may allow it to upgrade itself and try again tomorrow.

I was looking at the operators manuals above. Is the f series the same as the 10 series?

It's almost the same as 15 series. Not sure about the 10 series. I'm not familiar with those.

just checked and I was able to download the manuals and im here in
Arkansas

I updated my Windoze 10 virtual machine and I still get the 404 page not found error, so I don't think it is a problem at my end.

Can you PLEASE elaborate on what you are using for an O/S and browser ?
BTW, I get the same error using Linux & Firefox.

Yes, for USER manuals - but the topic is SERVICE manuals.
