Okay, question........My dumbass put too much oil in my tractor, it's a Branson 3820i. It now has some oil in #2 cylinder. I pulled out the glow plugs to see this. Question is can I turn over the engine safely with out the glow plugs out? Or what is a better way to get the oil out?
Thanks,
Kenny

Yes, just make sure all are out (no compression, so it can't start). Best if you can cut off the fuel supply somehow.
Also, since the glow plugs are out and no compression, it would be better if you can rotate the crankshaft manually (should turn easily if you can find a place to put a wrench) and put a towel over top the engine.

Maybe try engaging and turning the pto drive with the tranny in nuetral, it will be slow but will keep you from jamming anything as the oil oozes out:thumbsup:
