Branson 3820i battery

Just died this morning. What battery would you recommend for this tractor?

I just bring the old battery in to the local auto parts store and ask for a replacement. You can spend a lot on batteries but a reguar flooded lead acid works fine, and is probably better than advanced batteries in areas with a hot climate.

Most any battery that will physically fit and has the terminals in the right location will be fine.
That said my preference is the newer AGM batteries, they do cost more, but they don't gas off
and corrode the battery terminals and cables will stay fresh and clean

I'd look for the biggest battery with the greatest number of amp hours that will fit into the designated space. As Lou said make sure the terminals are in the correct locations.
