Branson 2400 stuck in reverse

Standard transmission is stuck in reverse. Shifter moves freely. Where can I find shifter diagram or how do I remedy?

Can only help you with the parts manual. Maybe popped out of the fork or something.

Follow the parts list, lift the shift cover, visual diagnosis in this case. Either a broken fork or too much slop in shafts, detents etc. Saw a similar event on an old Massey many years ago. Lifted the cover, put things back into neutral, reinstalled cover. After that make each shift a very deliberate series of movements, not just dragging the lever sideways through neutral.
