Those posts are not me, matter of fact I'm not as frustrated with the dealer as half the commenters seem to be. Lawyers are too expensive and lemon laws don't apply to tractors. Obviously KIOTI has alot of good units out there. I didn't get one (so far). Just wanted some "what would you do" advise and if anyone had ran into similar issues. Got my tractor back today and have serious doubts it's fixed. Should know in a few hours of use like last time.

I can understand why you are upset. Although I have not been in a situation like this personally I’m sure I would be equally frustrated, perhaps even more, especially since dealing with a tractor that is brand new. And for which you have laid out a good amount of cash.

I would caution against going the adversarial route too quickly. At some point you may have no choice, but in my experience trying to remain cooperative as long as possible often times pays dividends. Sometimes you actually do catch a lot more bears with honey than you do with bear traps. Hopefully your situation can be resolved to your satisfaction with out the dealer and you becoming adversaries. A positive relationship would be beneficial to both of you as time goes on.

Maybe ask the dealer some specific questions and hopefully get a commitment. Exactly why can’t this be addressed in a timely fashion? When can I expect my tractor problem to be addressed? How do you plan to address this given this is a brand new tractor? If you can’t address this in a timely fashion can you suggest something that may help me? Free rental? etc, etc.

Unfortunately you may be forced into the adversarial route at some point in time. Hopefully not, but never take that route off the table.

Good Luck!
I agree. Once you go the adversarial route there is no turning back.

Glad its working fine, and Kudos to your dealer and corporate Kioti for getting you back to running faster than i expected during this pandemic.

Just be cautious of those little critters called mice. Their small and can cause havoc to any tractors electrical system when they start chewing on wires.

Keep track of everything meticulously, you could have a lemon law case and demand a new tractor. Makes me gladder that I paid more for a Kubota hearing this though, thanks
O spare me.
I have been on this site a long time and I have read about issues on new tractors from every manufacturer, including Kubota ( example the B3350 regen issues, the Grand L rear main seal leaks a few years back, Etc.)
Kubota makes a good machine, but they have their occasional issue too.
I have owned my Kioti DK 35 for 20 years ( 2352 hours) , number of times its been back to the dealer = 0

In a joking mood. "if it has **** or wheels, sooner or later you are going to have trouble with it". All tractors can have issues. And that goes for anything else mechanical or electrical. I was in the business of diagnosing and repairing some of the finest telephone equipment in the world, and believe me, even the best in the world have issues. That is why they sent me to service calls on them for over 20 years.
