have a hinomoto c-144 and just purchased a 4ft boxblade for it. have a finish mower on it now. question is does the top link hook directly to the tractor? reason is, mine has a bracket on back that hooks to top link bracket on tractor and extends it about 6inches, then toplink, then swivelmount on mower. my toplink has a 8inch body, and it is too long to hook to bracket, but too short to hook to tractor. tried standard toplink off my ford, and it is too long to hook to tractor. this is using adjustments either way on the link. does tractor need extra bracket on back, and does blade need swivel bracket on top, and is there a toplink that will fit???
