Box blade on Kubota m5040 very hard to adjust tilt side to side
Can turn lower link small amount
Any trick to this?

Are the threads clean, as in not rusted?

Let the box down on the ground, get some weight off the hitch, adjust accordingly.

Depending on the condition...you might consider taking off the adjustable side link and extending it all the way and wire brush and lube the threads...

I adjust mine with the tractor running...lift or lower the box blade where it just hits the ground to relieve the pressure on the link. When you hit the sweet spot I can usually turn the link by hand. If the other side of the box hits the ground first, put a block under the side with the link so it will take the weight of the box and give it another try.

Lift up the box blade, put a 4-6" log in the middle of the box blade (running with the tractor) set the box blade down on the log ever so slightly to relieve the pressure but not to rest too much of the box blade weight on the log...
