Bought a new L3560, state shut down the project. Sell or keep?

I think I am going to do what many suggested and sit on it.

I'm jumping in sort of late, but have to think you're making the right choice.
I've never been unhappy keeping something I can afford, as long as I can maintain it.

It is very hard to ascertain everyone's individual circumstances on a post like this in a forum. But if you really don't need it anymore, selling it for as much as the market will bear certainly seems like the most logical and reasonable course forward. You may be pleasantly surprised at how much it is worth.

Contact all of the dealers around you w/in 100 miles and find out who does and doesn't have the exact same tractor and accessories as you currently have, and lead times for the ones that do not have the tractor as yours. Once you determine the places/towns/etc w the longest wait times, your sweet spot, send out some electronic for sale memo's undercutting the dealers. Since your tractor is new, looks good, prob well maintained, you will create/find a buyer. If it's really cold, have the heater on when they come to test drive it; it it's later and real hot, have the AC on when they test it...anything in btw is your call in demonstrating your mkting efforts.

There was a time in SE Tx that trying to find almost any tractor w a FEL and cab, was virtually impossible. ALmost the same at dealers but w a premium price tag.

If you are only going to use something infrequently, the math works much better w a less expensive device not being used than a more expensive one....good luck and send Texas both some rain and cold weather...let's kick some axx next Tuesday !!!!
