A friend of mine does blacksmithing as a hobby. He made me 2 of these bottle openers. I just used it to uncap a cold one.View attachment 1510880

Yes - that one made by the blacksmith is a true treasurer. I've only ever seen two types. The flat metal with the piercing tip and the rounded one to open a pop bottle.
