I was just surfing around one day when I stumbled onto TBN. I checked out the info. on the book and purchased it the same day. I found it informative from the standpoint that it helped me get my thinking straightened out. Prior to reading it, I knew basically what I was looking for and what I wanted to be able to do with the tractor. My problem was that I was using the shotgun approach and I was getting information in very haphazard way. The book got me thinking in an organized manner, and especially useful are the checklists. I print out a complete checklist for each tractor I'm considering and walk into the dealership and start checking off the important points. Then I have the ability to compare apples to apples. I've even showed the other checklists to the salesperson (and yes, they know all about the book /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif), and that helps them make sure that their product is being fairly compared to their competition.

Being a newbee to tractors, I think if there had been a lot more detail in the book, it might have overwhelmed me and made me more concerned. As it is, I feel I have a basic understanding and can now proceed with improving my knowledge through participation in discussions on TBN and hopefully from more books that will come out. Keep up the good work Muhammad, and THANKS!

I hear that about resting easy on the stomach. Although, I did like Bird and printed, punched, and put into a 3 ring binder. Know what? When you're laying there reading it with it crooked in your arm, your other hand is FREE to hold that favorite "beverage" /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif. The binder just lays open as pretty as you please, and pages don't accidentally flip closed on you! It worked out pretty well!

my dealer hasnt heard of your website, so i am going to print off the home page so he can find it. its edwards equipment in danville indiana. he says there the oldest kubota dealer east of the mississippi.
i do however think your missing a golden opportunity by not having a compact tractor magazine of some sort. maybe a bi monthly type to start? i'd buy it! heck i already get woodworking and deerhunting magazines. read em all cover to cover in my " office ". have a great summer!
