Bolens G152 Hydraulics

Hello, I am an owner of a Bolens G152 compact tractor and have owned it since new in 1988. I would like to put a hydraulic snow plow on the front but don't know how to tap into the tractors rear 3 pt hitch hydraulics.Does anyone have ideas?

Thanks, I'm new at these discussion forrums and will be stumbling for awhile.
