Bobcat s220
Hello

Hello

I have a problem with the bobcat s220, when you move it to the object it doesn't start, when you bring it back it starts every time.
if I turn it on directly from the starter, it starts. The ignition lock works without problems. Here is the question: could there be a fault in the hazard lights panel where the head connector and the ignition lock connector are connected, and would it be possible to test it somehow? this is a very chaotic and frustrating bug.maybe someone has experienced a similar problem and can advise

Can you clarify the issue a little bit? What does this mean?

yes, it starts irregularly , so far it has been that everything is fine in the garage, but it doesn't start anymore at the object:D

I am confused at the word object. What object? So you can start it normally in the garage but not outside?

sorry, construction site is the correct word.
but it is not very important, what is important is whether it could be a mistake and how to determine it?

I would start by determining what is different. I suspect it is a safety switch causing the problem. I don’t know why it start in the garage and then not when you get to where you are working. Maybe seat switch or brake switch. Clutch switch if equipped. Make sure PTO switch is off and out of gear. This is a strange one.

You will need to use a pin light or volt meter to trace the wires. Make sure all the cables have good connections and are clean. Check all the ground spots that they are making good connections. Beyond that it is a process of elimination. If you don’t have a wiring diagram I suggest you get one.

It's always frustrating when equipment doesn't function as expected. If you're looking for assistance or troubleshooting tips, I recommend checking out some reviews from other Bobcat owners who may have encountered similar issues. Their experiences and insights could provide valuable information to help you resolve the problem. Best of luck in finding a solution!
