bobcat ct 122 loader bucket

I have a bobcat ct 122 loader lifts fine and will dump and curl back up. My problem is that the loader arms will not come down once they are up. If I float the bucket it will start to creep down until it hits the ground. Also when I try to lower arms it logs motor as if it is straining under pressure. I have checked fluid and bled the hydro lines and no help, any ideas would be welcome. thanks

If you can take the pressure off, by opening a fitting, let the loader down then check you quick couplers with engine off.
