Bobcat 773 Warning lights come on then locks up.

My buddy has a bobcat 773, and he is able operate for a short time then the General Warning light, the Engine Oil Pressure Warning Light, Engine Coolant Temperature Warning, Hydraulic Oil Warning, and Hydraulic Temperature Warning lights come on and the whole machine locks up. He says that at that time his temp gauge shows low. He is sometimes able to fiddle with it enough and the temp gauge comes up and he hears a click under the machine and the lights go out and he is able to operate again. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like your friend may be dealing with a sensor malfunction. Start by carefully checking the wiring, especially around the main harness and grounding areas. Next, inspect the fuses and the engine coolant temperature sensor, as defective sensors can trigger warnings and cause lock-ups. Also, check the hydraulic fluid levels and the main switch, as power loss and intermittent issues could be contributing factors in your Heavy Construction Equipment.
