Bobcat 335 for the fun stuff JD gt235 for the lawn
Have had my 335 for over a year now and love it. Ordered a Hydraulic top link for Christmas. I got it from Carter and Carter machinery. They were wonderful. Ordered Monday and it arrived Thursday with regular shipping.

When I measured it to get the correct size I simply measured the screw jack and ordered the similar hydraulic link. What I didn't take into account is that the 2 inch wide cylinder wouldn't fit between the supports on the tractor when using the pin hole closest to the tractor. I could not get a full range of motion. It worked fine in the outer pin-hole but then the link was about 4 inches to long. I thought about ordering the shorter HTL from CCM (and even called them about it--they said no problem) but they have a shorter range as well. Since I only use the closest I decided to cut off the outer two holes.
Removal of the part for work consisted of two snap rings and three bolts (don't forget the one inside the supports, I had a bunch of dried grass in there so didn't see it at first)

I first used the HTL as a guide and made a sharpie line to follow with the angle grinder with cutting wheel. Then finished with paint. I did have to move the HTL hose attachment to the side from factory for proper hose routing. I also chose to add a restrictive orifice adapter to better finesse HTL movements.

Hope this helps someone else with their installation

Nice job . If you had gone a year and didn't need the other holes, I would guess that you probably won't need them in the future.

Next on the list now will be that hydraulic side link. ;)
