Do they all come standard with a block heater or is this an option?
Block heater is option.
If you want to put it in yourself, don't. Potential for damaging the block if you do it wrong so search for a similar model Kubota that required a partial engine rebuild on a nearly new tractor.
EDIT--Let me add that you may not need one. My M7040 starts just fine at 3 degrees and I have owned others when I lived in Maine that I started at colder temps. Both tractors were in barn but no heat and no block heater. Block heaters are nice so just toss this in your thought process.
