I removed the one on my Massey 1250 it was on left side of motor cannot find a replacement all books from Kat call out a 1 and a half inch one on right side it looks to be 1 and 3/4 inch or 44mm can anyone help me out here

Go to the Phillips-Temro site and look for a block heater there. they make most of the OEM block heaters.
