Bleeding brakes on 574 IH tractor. PLEASE HELP

I cannot get the bleed off valve on the right side to open up but have opened the line coming into it and going into the rear end. At first there was no fluid after lots of pumping finally got ample fluid flow and started trying to bleed brakes in normal fashion to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I had an IH2500b, which is the same tractor, only and industrial model.

The bleeders are right above the axles loosen nut and fluid should flow.the proper method is to use clear tubing attached to bleeders and back into hydr fill hole,then you can see air bubbles.

Welcome from Wisconsin, I also have been working on my Brakes did replace one Master Cylinder,will probably have to replace the other one down the road. I do have good brakes on the new Cylinder.

It sounds like everyone is having the same problem on the 574 with bleeding brakes there must be something we all are missing??????????
