Blank page rather than the forum, was it just me?

Had a blank page show up rather than the forum for a while this morning. Did anyone else get this, or was it just me?

The forums were down here from about 8:30 thru 10:30 am.....

Which timezone is that? I couldn't get on at 7:45 or 8:00AM Eastern and it came back around 10:25AM Eastern.
Seemed to be having problems finding some of the files and/or procedures and the various external files (ad related?) were being called without a try/catch, so when they couldn't load it was crashing the page.
