Bird Has Passed Away

/ Bird Has Passed Away #27
Thanks for posting Muhammad. I recall many conversations over the years where he'd toss in yet another small nugget of his very interesting life... and that his name was indeed Bird. My condolences to his family and may he rest in peace. I'm putting a smiley face because that's the way I remember him in his TBN Jacket. :)

Bird was one of the first to welcome me to TBN and was always available for advice.
He will be sorely missed, he made me feel so welcome here.

Bird was also one of the first to welcome me to to TBN. This going back several years, almost 20. Not as many old codgers left as there was once was

Met Bird a couple of times in person. Actually went up to Denton to attend his birthday party many moons ago. (about a 4 hour drive one way). Maybe it was his 70th celebration. Many TBN'ers were there. Many that I'd like to know how they are doing these days.

He was a big foundation here on TBN.

RIP, condolences to his family.

Thanks for letting us know Muhammad.

Rest in Peace. Good long time friend and contributor on TBN. We exchanged posts for many years and was among the earliest contributors here.

Now that I see this, I haven't seen him post in a long time. He was a good guy.

He wanted to give me some "fatherly" advice one day, and we ended up talking for a good hour on the phone.

RIP old buddy...

Awww, man, I'm sorry to hear that. I had thought recently that we haven't heard from him on TBN for quite some time. May he RIP.

RIP Bird. Always enjoyed the conversations and insights. Talking about first tractors, getting my first tractor right about when the original site started. There was his Kubota, but also the discussion about growing up using a JD L. Homemade Top N Tilt, Chalkey Cups. Hydraulics. Too much to list.

Cant forget the discussions pre-TBN, when this was a Kubota oriented site. I came to the site right when I got my Kubota around 1998. We were some of the originals, I believe in the first 75 or so members.

Although we never met in person, it was great knowing him these 27 or so years online.

RIP old friend
