Big Truck Lights

Have been asked to wire the side marker lights on an equipment trailer to flash with the turn signals and still use as regular clearance lights. I've thought of using some dual element units, but all I can find are the plug and play replacements for semi trailers. Have also thought about using relays to do this by switching between the running lights and turn signal circuits, but don't know where to find parts to do this either.
