I've never heard of this site, so I don't know if it's trustworthy, but if it's accurate -40 or more is not exactly unheard of in the CONUS.

they list both here, and since i spent alot of my life working outdoors, wind chill was necessary to know.

If it's cold out and windy I adjust. A number makes little difference.
