The wings are 3/4" birch plywood /good both sides.

The plywood was stained and clear coated. I had planned to laminate it but no sheets of industrial colors were readily available. Only kitchen colors. (granite, marble etc)

I would have lost money on the bet...thinking they were metal and you had a Big Barn one-of-a-kind adjustable welding table!
