and other various miscellaneous some
interesting some not so much
In the spirit of recent Valentine's Day... that box of wrenches to a man is like a box of chocolates to a woman. Better though, our gift lasts a whole lot longer!

I bought this last night for a new welding table build. It’s quite a distance away so I will need to get it shipped to my friends warehouse in Vancouver and worry about getting it home later.

It weighs about 800 pounds and is in a residential area with no forklifts around.

36" x48" work table. 4000# capacity.

I will most likely make removable work surfaces for it including a 48"x60"
steel surface for welding.

I have often called my oversized work bench an alter.
Few of my friends had any clue I was hunting for a laugh from them.

Terry, how do you find the treasures? You're the grand master!

Over the years I am fortunate to have become good friends of three (individual) fellows who frequent yard and estate sales.

They always price items fairly and treat me well because I don’t dicker on price.

I'm mostly the same way except some few times when they are simply 'out to lunch'.
Face it, not everybody can know market values on everything. however I do so so rarely that they usually agree.

It helps that I've often made fair suggestions on items that I know well even if I'm not a buyer, kind of like a consultant.

Even if you don’t make that lift table a welding bench it would sure help load and unload heavy items out of your truck when you don’t want to use a fork lift or your back. Nice find!!
