BH90 grease hose modification

I was having problems greasing the lower boom swing fitting which It's a straight fitting in-between the upper and lower boom-to-frame attachment points . See Attachment.

The zerk is flush mounted and has a small area above and the cylinders are also in the way. The small head room space would cause the grease gun hose to kink.

I tried different connectors they didn't work and I thought I need to make the adjustment on the hose instead of the connector.

I went to the hardware store and got a "L" that fit the hose and got a double male insert for the other end to attach the connector to. This works good and I found a use for my old grease gun. See Attachment. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
