Backhoe BH77 going Up but not Down

All hydraulic controls work fine except the arm stick down as I知 trying to mount the BH77 to the tractor and need to raise it up to put the top pins in. I can bring the boom up, and then when I try down, pressure is released and it goes down but not enough pressure to extend the boom arm down. I removed hydraulic line to cylinder and in one direction, hydraulic fluid sprays out very good when I operate the up control, but when I operate the down it痴 definitely less of a flow, but there is flow. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you have the hoses connected in the correct pattern?

Yep. I figured it out. The valve control needed to be cleaned and the relief adjustment screw needed to be adjusted as well. All works well now. Was flying blind but the removal of the relief valve was pretty easy. I won稚 say as much for the tight cramped space I had to work in to get them out. Stupid Kubota engineers. What do they think of when designing these thing. I guess they think they will never need to be worked on.
