For some reason I have not been able to reply to the original post I made. Any way I have not decided on any tractor yet and some of the posts have opened my eyes to look at other tractors I had not thought about. One of the things I would like to know about is durability.

Hello Tom, as you saw these types of posts can get very heated, i would simply suggest that if you have specific brands and models in mind you go to that individual room and ask those who own them. Then you can make up your mind based on actual owners experience. Good luck..
