Best size brush mower for B3000?

one dealer says no problem for a 5', other dealer says 5' too heavy.

Anyone with experience running a 5' brush mower on the back of a B with any issues?

I used a 5' on my B7800 (30hp) and it handled just fine. I think that was a good match for the tractor. If you are mowing a field with saplings or very tall heavy grass just take less then full cut and go slow.

For the B-3000 chassis you are fine! For the B-23-2920 chassis you are to heavy.

Agreed...... I also run a 5 footer on my B3030 and find it to be a good match.

I have used a 5' Woods Brush Bull on my B7800 for 7 years with no problems or concerns.

Remember that not all five foot brush cutters weigh the same. A true heavy-duty cutter may truly weigh too much for the B machines. That said, I've used a five foot Razorback on my B7800 for a couple of years without trouble.
