Just put up two 25" trellises for blackberries, and black raspberries. Still need to put in a 3rd wire.

Any tips from the pro berry farmers?

I have been considering some black and raspberry bushes. Do they put offshoots out on their own once you have the first plant?

I have not seen that on my two blackberries, but birds will spread them quite well. YMMV

At $15 a bush, I was kinda hoping mother nature would take over! :ROFLMAO:

My girlfriend is from Cleburne TX. I have seen your grass.

Feel free to stop by and jump on the Kubota. I have only mowed it once so far because the ground was too soggy. Already sick of it. LOL

One you have them you won't need to buy them again. I believe they are easy to propagate.

I’ve been growing raspberries for about 10 years. I grow the primocane varieties, so they fruit from new canes each year and I cut the old canes to the ground each winter. So I don’t use a trellis; I just let them form bushy rows.
