Yep we have that setup on our Ford 5030 so I am familiar with it and miss it big time I can't believe no one makes a weld on kit.

Might be worthwhile to check with some tractor salvage yards. No matter what the condition of the parent tractor is, those telescopes should be A-OK. Other brands maybe can be made to work. Probably a bolt on I would think.

I lost one of my turnbuckle 'barrels' and replaced with a complete new set (pair) found on EBay for less than the 'barrel' alone.
But then again I am in trouble as one of the threaded ends got stripped and is unusable as is.
While it will be inconvenient to use I'll simply weld the stripped end in place and probably do all my adjustments from the other side.

Standard Cat I top link is $20 at Tractor Supply. Looks a bit different than Kubota but does the same job. Paint it gray if you need it to match the tractor.
