Got a new top link this morning from TSC only $23.00. This one here looks to be more of a heavy duty one than the one that came with the tractor.

You might want to save the old one for a BIY project (TNT, or rachet toplink, or partial chain toplink)

Or fix it and keep an extra around, just in case.

However, I do think you'll like the new one you bought.
