I agree on if it doesn't affect its operation then leaving it is an option, although it might keep bending and getting worse so probably not the best options ... I don't think this would be easy to bend back to place contrary to some think, the round tube at the bottom will give you issue to bed back it will probably kink compromising its integrity and it is a big area to heat up ... the bend start before the second last ''spike'' ... the way I would fix it is by cutting off the last tube at the bottom, straighten out the flat bar at the end by heating it up then weld a new tube in place and reinforce both side so it doesn't happen anymore.
