Bending a 2" square tubing

   / Bending a 2" square tubing #21
If you don't have heat here's an idea that I used to bend some 1" square tube to follow a curved roof on my horse trailer using a chop saw and welding. Cut a slice every half inch over the needed radius. Bends real easy and keeps a very uniform radius. When at the desired bend then weld the slices and grind of the excess.

I need to bend a 2"x 3/16" square tubing about 15 deg. Other than cut and weld or take it somewhere, is there a way that I can do it at home? I have a 20 ton press but without using some kind of proper jig, I would probably end up distorting it too much.
Fishing for ideas.

Done dit it! I wanted a real small radius, which I don't think could have been done any other way.
Used a bandsaw to cut three sides, bend and weld as suggested. Piece of cake. Thanks for all the inputs.
