Belt drive governor

I am installing a belt drive governor onto a Gm inline 6 250 motor to run my circle sawmill. Governor came off a 292 out of a combine. What pulley do I run the belt off from the motor? Crank pulley? Also, does anyone have info or pictures on how to adjust the governor for different speeds? It’s a single arm governor and i am using it to keep constant speed.
