Belly Mower vs. 3pt finish mower

I have the "factory" belly mower on my MT372 now. Functions fine but it is wide enough that it prevents me from storing the tractor in my shed. I was considering a 3pt finish mower. Will it cut as well as the belly mower? I have a small yard so mower width isn't that important.

I have mowed hundreds of acres with three point mowers. Of all things Woods does three point finishing mowers is what Woods does best. Nothing out there even close. Not in dependability, quality of cut, and ease of maintenance. This is the RM and PRD series Woods mowers.

Your turning radius will go up considerably with a RFM but other than that they cut great.

I run a First Choice rear discharge 3 point mower.
Nice mower, very nice cut.
Cuts every bit as nice as my JD belly mower. Possibly ever better.
