Belarus 250 PTO speed

Hi,

I have a 1990 Belarus 250. I am trying to improve my snow blowing capability. Someone told me that they were "pretty sure" the model 250 has two PTO speeds. I did not see anything in the owner's manual. Does anyone know if this is true and if so, how do you change it?

hi,
take a look in the manual, most times You get to speeds, 540/rpm and 1000 rpm, it's only about the engine speed in a special gear, at the tractormeter You find the marks, which show You when the PTO does what rpm

Hello, I have a Belarus 250 as and it only has one pto speed.
540 is all it has. Hope this helps out at this late date...Emery
