Befco Overseeder-Aerator

I have been wanting an aerator. I found the Befco Overseeder-Aerator. It can also be turned into a seeder-Cultervator with the tiller shaft option. I have been wanting a tiller and an aerator. This looks like the ultimate tool to have. I was wondering if anybody owns one of these or has used one. I think that it would help my yard a lot. We have a real hard ground where I live. What do you think? Price?? Work good??

I can't help you too much, but the Green-Rite is my dream attachment. I even saw one once and was quite impressed, unfortunately I never have used one. It is very expensive, more than a separate tiller, aerator, & seed speeder would cost combined, but at a thousand pounds it weighs as much as the three combined.
