hey all...i used my CAM dump trailer today - when i was done i noticed the battery was very warm, and it melted one of the wires that was resting on the + post. what's the issue?

Bad or dirty connections. Corrosion in the wires are also a common issues.

As things get dirty they build resistance which causes heat.
