As does TSC. Most University Extension Services also have good fence building how-to's. Do a web search and you will get more information than you need. Just, remember that there as many ways to build fence as people who build them. Having said that, there are certain things that you have to do in order to build a lasting fence.
To keep deer out, it needs to be at least 7' high, 8' would be a lot better. Also, for deer, electric fence works great. It's faster, cheaper and a whole lot easier on the back than a permanent fence.
