Baler tires

Now that the rain has stopped, hay season starts in a week or two.
Been checking out the balers and think it might be a good idea to replace the tires before they give up on the road.
They are 7.00-16.
Looking at the local equivalent of Craig's List (TradeMe) it seems this is an unusual size or perhaps tire size markings have changed.
Is there a modern equivalent size number to a 7.00-16 ?
They're going onto a B47 baler.
