Baldwin Fuel Filter Opened Up

I saved an old Baldwin fuel filter for a complete cutaway to show how good the filter works. This filter fits my Kioti NX4510HST. This filter has 400 hours on it. This filter has a 1 micron better rating than the Kioti Filter according to both manufacturers. The filter element is folded over and wrapped like a toilet paper roll. You can see by the dark colors how the filter works. The lighter part of the filter is where the fuel exits inside the cartiridge.

You are most welcome. In order to use the water level switch you need to tap the hole to the proper size for the switch. To clean out chips you can slide a magnet up in there and hit it with air or just flush it out with fuel. Then screw the water level switch in.
