I hate to disappoint some of you. But I am back.
No computer for a while, ran out of coffee, beer, little cigars & propane. Very few bird seeds, last few days.
Now among other things that have quit, house microwave has died. Had a light rain, it took out some more electric sockets & tripped some circuit beakers. Had just enough gas to make it to 3 points, sure watched the gas gauge. Did fill up, now good for several trips to town. Tractor died while parked. Wire to fuel injector broke, not a big deal, just 1 more pain in the butt. Need get it fixed to move fire wood & do work at Henry's. Maybe today, maybe not. Same as going to town
need to pay bills & CC, try log onto bank, Site not working, how many $$ left??? It should work in a while.
OH well life goes on.
Pain pills did nothing for pain but sure made me loony. Some of that still lingers. But is going away.
A new tractor supply has opened next to Fries.
stopped just to they had to offer. Propane $1.99 a gallon, had 3 small tanks to fill in truck, Saved 28 cents a gallon. Every litter bit helps. Forgot a few things at Fries, not much, maybe less than if I had taken a list. Got lots of little cigars & beer.
Have made up my mind that I will not run out of things in the future. With a limited income when its over 6 weeks from 1 payday to the next its hard to budget for that problem.
Had been burning the little wood stove for a few days, Almost ran out of wood. Yesterday Henry showed up with a lot of wood to cut up. said he will be back in a few days with more.. Kind of like the old days when i was able to gather & cut wood. Be glad when he gets ready to get some tractor work done, could sure use the $$$.
Doug may have to move. Knew that he as behind on his rent $$$ but no idea how much. Ricardo may throw him out. Offered the motor home for free. Not a great place at the present but would work. Don't think he even considers it. Not my problem.
Nicotine is far more addictive than drugs. Was in the mood to quit, but as things going wrong 1 after the other, sure changed my mind. Well whats left of it.
Back to Wally World, got some warm boots that cover my ankles, tag says they are the right size. Not, take back get bigger ones & a small micro wave.
Pee & poop thing goes on & on, 10+ hours nothing to drink, still have to get up every hour to do nothing. Not even a drizzle.
Appointment with pee doc, not until March 21, long time to wait for nothing but a biopsy & then how long before some real progress is made???
Open enrollment bah humbug. Talk to medicare, 40+ minutes, Call SSI, 1 hour & 40 minutes. Call back in March.
Penalty for not enrolling when I first signed up. $138 a month + penalty $348. Yea right I will pay that in my next lifetime, maybe. They have never spent a dime on me. Sure a great system.
Bad wind a few days ago, no dust, its already blown away. Not a good place to live if you hate wind. As a kid I remember the wind whistling through the power lines. Just wanted to cover up & stay in bed.
Remember lots of little things going back to 2 or 3 years old. Most I can not get the whole memory to come up. Will tell a few in the future.
Going to be a long cold winter. Not one of my favorite things
In a pretty good mood. Hope it lasts.
More later,
Jim
