Well folks I am back. It may disappoint some of you.:laughing:
i had self imposed exile. Dispute with net server. Now have a new one.
Have started on the book " Growing Up poor". Funny thing is I did not know we were poor. When I get a little farther I will post it here.
VA Bah Humbug Double.
Had I never gone to the VA I would be $599 / 600 better off. Not crying over spilled milk.
Pain pills that did not work + other things I din't need or even take. Pain pills helped me do stupid things with my $$
Cost of pills, & so one about $250??? trips to VA lots of them at about $15 a trip.
Had I never gone, I still hurt & so on. Could have hired a plumber & electrician with some $$ left over.
Life goes on & on.
Try to do something to improve the place every day. Clean something up or ??? Work on tractor. 2 Bad switches, No 3 also has a problem. figured out a cure. Now the battery is bad. Got it out & in back of truck may go to town tomorrow or when ever. 1 Reason to get tractor running, is to move the huge stack (2) of pallets & fire wood. trying to get the ugly out of my life.
owed Dug $20, Called him, says I sure can use it. Takes a lot of beer when he stops by & we tell each other lies.
I had an old spoke rim with a Mobile tire on it. How much do you want for it. Free just take it. Nope I have to pay you for it. How about $10, nope not enough, I will give you $20. OK so he gives me the 20 back that he needed.:laughing:
Gave Larry W. a sling shot & some paint balls, will see him in a few days, see if he has shot it.
I am not anti social or unfriendly, just most of the time more than content to listen to the quiet, watch the birds & drink some beer.
Wrote a funny in 1 of the school shooting threads. Not making lite of them, just poking fun at some of the posters.
Time to go feed birds & watch the world go by.
