Backhoe Backhoe - where do you keep it?

Any protective coatings while outside whether installed or not, is a penny saved. The old guys here even spray diesel as a coating????
Spraying the underside of my four wheeler with oil works well when I take it to the Outer Banks of NC to do some surf fishing but between the shed roof and tarp my unit seems to be well protected. I don't want to spray oil on my backhoe other than on the exposed hydraulic cylinder rods because it attracts too much dust.

Carolina Carports. They have dealers all over the country. This is one of those open carports you see everywhere, with signs advertising for like $695/795. They have many options and sizes, including garage doors and windows. I opted for 9' sidewalls, closed sidewalls, heavier gauge steel frame, mobile home anchors - total $2500 installed. I think a completely closed in building, with garage door is about $4K. I think they have options for heavier snow loads too. I put in stone pad myself. I wanted a pole barn, but could not justify the cost. This was by far the cheapest option I could find. I think the quality is quite good too. Holds a lot and accessible from both ends.

Three guys showed up at 5:00 PM. By 8:00 PM they were leaving. Man they sure worked fast, and barely said a word to one another. Like a well choreographed dance.
