Just found a JD4600 with a Kelley B750 on it with 3 point attachment. Does anyone have any info on how well this works or if there are any issues to consider before I move forward??? Thanks.

I'm not really familiar with the model, but I don't like 3pt hitch backhoes under any circumstances on a CUT. Subframe BHs are much better/less stressful on the tractor. I know a lot of people use them without incident, but it won't be me. John

niteowl, sorry I don't have any info for you, but I agree with the others that a 3pt hitch is not the way to go as far as keeping yourself safe. I got a woods backhoe off of E-Bay that came with as 3pt hitch and ended buying the sub frame for safety reasons alone. I have a B1700 and purchased the subframe about a year ago. 2 months ago I got a call that Woods has a recall on the sub frames for not being strong enough. The dealer contacted me, came out to inspect it and took care of everything. Luckily I had the already modified sub frame and didn't have to deal with anything. I don't know if it's only for those sub frames that attach to my particular model tractor or not?? But for others out there you should look into it....

Sounds like a good reason to stay away from back hoes on the BX 2230 and the MF 2300.
