backhoe hydraulic hook-up

Is it mandatory to connect the backhoe return line to the hydraulic fill port? I've heard that there is a special kit needed to do this install. I've read the thread: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/...423-my-new-kb2485-hoe-has.html?highlight=2485
and it would seem so. Is this written in the backhoe manual?
I'm talking about a dk40 with rear remotes.

If you don't need the 3pt, then just run the return hose to the fill port or tee to another return hose.

Does the backhoe manual specifically say to install the kit when using a 2485 backhoe? Is there actually a kit made by kioti for backhoe installations?

The in out hose kit that is shipped with the factory purchase of the backhoe for the DK series tractor is pictured on page 13-4 of the backhoe owners manual. It is in fact the only way I have seen the return line pictured in any literature from Kioti I have seen some dealers install the backhoe without the kit and so far the only complaint I have heard was that their backhoe didn't run as smooth as mine does with the kit.

When I purchased my DK the dealership had never used the hose kit before they had only used the ports and at first seemed stumped on what I was saying till I showed them the picture on page 13-4 of the owners manual After that one mechanic was against using it saying it made no difference, to which I said he was never to touch my tractor again and the other mechanic said if they make it, send it with the hoe and show it pictured in the book then it must have some benefit and he would install it without hesitation (guess which mechanic is no longer employed there?).
